1. General Information

Miabelle provides bespoke, made-to-order gowns tailored to your specific size, colour, and design requirements. Each dress is unique and crafted with the utmost care to your specifications. These terms and conditions outline your rights and obligations regarding your purchase.

2. Orders and Deposits

To begin crafting your gown, we require a non-refundable deposit of £225.00 GBP. This deposit helps cover the cost of materials and initiates the production process. Please note that as each dress is custom-made, this deposit cannot be refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your dress is made-to-order and exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under UK law.

3. Balance Payment

The balance payment for your gown is due once your dress is complete and ready for shipment. Please note that we will not ship your gown until the full payment has been received. We will notify you when your gown is ready and provide details for the final payment.

4. Shipping

Once we have received the full payment, your gown will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be communicated to you once your order is ready for shipment. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct, as Miabelle cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping details.

5. Cancellation Policy

As your gown is bespoke and tailored specifically for you, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under UK law. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 3 working days of placing it. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted as we will have already begun sourcing materials and starting the production of your bespoke gown.

6. Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering gowns of the highest quality. Please inspect your dress as soon as it arrives, and if you notice any issues, contact us promptly.

• Faulty Items: If your gown has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@miabellebridals.co.uk. In line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the fault is reported within 30 days of receiving the gown. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement, and if this is unsuccessful, you may receive a refund or price reduction.
• Inspection and Evidence: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine whether the fault was due to a manufacturing issue or if it was caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. If the fault is found to have been caused by improper care, we reserve the right to decline the return.
• Goodwill Returns: Since all our dresses are bespoke and tailored specifically for you, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return rights under UK law. However, at Miabelle’s discretion and as a goodwill gesture, we may offer a refund for the value of the gown minus the deposit and delivery fee. If allowed, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and return postage costs will be your responsibility.

7. Quality Assurance

We take great pride in the quality of our gowns. Please inspect your dress upon delivery, and if you notice any faults or issues, contact us as soon as possible. Faulty gowns are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under your statutory rights, provided the fault is reported within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Care Instructions

Your gown will come with care instructions to help ensure its longevity. Please follow these instructions carefully. Miabelle cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper care or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Miabelle will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the gown.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By placing an order with Miabelle, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, logos, and text, available on the Miabelle website is owned by Miabelle Ltd. Unauthorized use of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Customers may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, services, or website content without express permission.

12. Complaints Procedure

We value our customers and take all complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with your gown or any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@miabellebridals.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 14 days. In case we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may consider using an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

13. Amendments to Terms

Miabelle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified of significant changes via email where possible. Continued use of the website or placing an order after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Force Majeure

Miabelle shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing any of our obligations under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, and natural disasters.
