Ordering Timeframes
- Your wear date must be no less than 18 weeks away to order a Made to Order gown. This allows us time to make and ship your gown in time.
- In our commitment to slow fashion and sustainability, our gowns are made-to-order which means we custom make a style, especially for you.
- We need at least 14 weeks to make your gown.

- Take your measurements, see our guide to measuring here and determine your dress size. Your gown will go immediately into production after purchase.

Made to order to your size and choice of colour. Our Marilyn off the shoulder mother of the bride dress is a modern vision, with timeless appeal. Crafted from either satin or mikado, finished with an organza neckline. Pictured here in Cava Mikado and Pearl Grey Satin.

- Midi style. Petite length measures approximately 28.5″ from the centre of belt to hem. Standard length measures approximately 33.5″ from the centre of belt to hem. Tall length measures approximately 38.5″ from the centre of the belt to hem.

Size and Fit
Our gowns are handmade to a standard dress size, lengths vary. See the product description.
Our gowns are designed to be easily adjusted with alterations if necessary and our hems can be easily shortened by your trusted seamstress at your expense.

Returns
Deposit
At Miabelle, each dress is crafted to your size and colour specifications. Our gowns are made-to-order especially for you. To secure your order, we require a non-refundable £225.00 GBP deposit. This secures materials and initiates the production process for your custom dress.
Balance payment & Returns
The balance payment is required once your dress is finished and ready to ship to you. Should you wish to return your gown, you will be refunded the value of the garment, minus the deposit and delivery fee. You must return your gown within 14 days of receipt and you will be liable for any return postage costs.
Please inspect your dress upon delivery. In the event of a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@miabellebridals.co.uk.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 3 working days. Thereafter we are unable to accept cancellations.
If you are eligible for a refund, all items will undergo quality control upon receipt of the item. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, we will contact you with your options.
Miabelle Ltd reserves the right to refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and/or do not return the item upon request to our studio within 14 days.
